Based on beritajakarta.id observation this morning, security officers used thermal gun to check body temperature of employees and guests at the entrance gates of Block G, Block I, and main gate of City Hall, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan.
Jakarta Secretary's General Bureau Head, Budi Awaludin assessed, this temperature checking makes it easier for his side to detect anyone who has fever thus his side can check it further.

Besides, we also use one thermal gun on Balai Agung's entrance gates in front of JakBistro and near gazebo," he mentioned, Wednesday (3/4).
According to him, General Bureau is trying to add three thermometer guns thus body temperature checking can be done quickly and prevent long queue.
"Body temperature checking will be continued until further notice," he added.
His side also ensured all toilets in City Hall are equipped with hand soaps and each two hand sanitizers in Balai Agung and in front of Block G lift.
"We also optimized our work in cleaning the lift
buttons, railing, elevator glass and walls every two hours," he explained.Moreover, he continued, medics are also on standby for further treatment if there are employees whose temperature above 37.5 Celsius degree.
"General Bureau has made four standing banners in lobby of each buildings in City Hall to socialize people about coronavirus," he mentioned.
His side plans to add thermal guns and hand sanitizer as soon as possible, especially in coverage areas of Block H and Block F.
"We will coordinate with Health Department or related OPD to fulfill our needs as soon as possible," he asserted.
